LarisaXStitch Digital Cross-Stitch Pattern License Agreement
1. Introduction
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of digital cross-stitch patterns from LarisaXStitch. By downloading patterns, you agree to the terms herein.
2. Definitions
“Personal use” means non-commercial use by an individual for hobby or leisure only. “Non-commercial purposes” excludes resale or distribution for profit.
3. Intellectual Property
All patterns remain the sole property of LarisaXStitch/their creators and are protected by copyright. Derivative works or substantial modifications are prohibited without permission.
4. Pattern Usage
You may stitch patterns for personal use or gift finished pieces made from the patterns. Minor modifications like resizing for a different fabric size are allowed.
5. Commercial Purposes
Stitching patterns is permitted for personal use, gifts or cost recovery of materials only. Selling finished stitchings or using patterns for commercial products/services is prohibited.
6. Digital Files
PDF pattern files may be stored/gifted to others for non-commercial personal use only under this Agreement.
7. No Physical Goods
Pattern purchases include PDFs only. No real-world materials like fabric, floss, etc are provided or guaranteed.
8. No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations or returns will not be accepted after purchase.
9. Termination
LarisaXStitch may terminate this license for any breach at its sole discretion, requiring file deletion and shredded stitched pieces.
10. Choice of Law and Venue
Agreement disputes shall be governed by the laws where LarisaXStitch is based, with venue in the local courts.
11. Modifications
LarisaXStitch may amend this Agreement by posting changes. Continued use implies consent to all terms as modified.
